When Master Sommelier Evan Goldstein published “Wines of South America: The Essential Guide”, Full Circle launched the first-ever South American Conference in 2015. Master Sommelier Evan Goldstein developed a compelling series of master classes featuring South American wines, while Master Sommelier and Master of Wine Doug Frost ran the spirits program, along with Master Mixologist Dale DeGroff, featuring Cachaça, Pisco, and Singani. The first three-day conference was held in NYC and was attended by 50 hand-picked journalists, wine buyers, retailers, sommeliers and beverage directors from NY, CA, TX, IL, DC, MA and FL. Additionally, there were more than 600 people who attended two large-scale tastings for trade, media and consumers.
